Shipping Policy
Our general turnaround time from placing the order to dispatch is approx 3-5 working days, however some products can vary, so if you are after a tight deadline please email to check with us before placing the order - info@flolliepop.co.uk

Our reclaimed oak signs take a little longer to make due to the amount of work that goes into them - these take approx. 7-10 working days.

We normally ship via 2nd Class Royal Mail, however on occasions depending on weight, time etc we may choose another courier, which will be confirmed once dispatched.

You can select a quicker courier service at the checkout, however please note the lead time to make and create the product will still need to be added to the dispatch time.
Return Policy
With our personalised products we are unable to accept returns or refunds, unless the product is damaged or there is an engraved fault due to us.
Our main aim is to make sure you are happy with our products so if there are any problems please contact us and we will see if we can help.
Products that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days from receiving the item, this must be at the cost to the buyer.
